I loved having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a cozy sitting area in my updated room.

From the minute I entered the lobby, I was greeted and felt welcomed ! I am allergic to down(feather) pillows, so a staff member changed out my pillows. I couldn't get the blow dryer to work, so after she changed my pillows, she got the blow dryer working ! In the morning, I was again greeted and asked if all was well......it sure was ! The bed was the most comfy hotel bed I've ever slept in ! The shuttle driver was professional, friendly and a very good driver in the morning traffic to the airport. I would definately stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Our check out time was 12pm; I'd asked for a late check out due to the concert the night before. The housekeeper knocked on our door a little after 11am and proceeded to leave their cart outside our Room. Needless to say we didn't stay much longer.

Recently upgraded rooms with 2 queen beds, so comfy! The staff here were super friendly, making us feel right at home 😊. The service was on point, and the location couldn't have been better.

Perfect room and quiet with 2 queen beds. Good meals. Nice pool, parking onsite. Free parking, shuttle to-and-from the airport. Good for one night...

This place has recently been renovated, and the staff was super friendly—they even refunded my deposit for a reservation mix-up, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The Bristol room for breakfast did not have free coffee and rolls. We were disappointed in that.

The king room was recently upgraded and extremely spacious with 2 queen beds. Its location was quiet and convenient. In addition, such a main attraction as Brookwood Metropark was only 3 miles from this property. The hotel's Bistro offered everything we needed, and the area was very nice.

Picked up glass during the night for a sip of water and could feel grime on the glass. Upon examination under the light I was appalled at what I saw on the glass.

The place was newly decorated and had very amiable staff from maids. It was in a peaceful and comfy location near restaurants and bistros. There was a good restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel. Came here for one night, recommendable.
